Harrison Olaniyi ALONGE, holds a Law degree in Civil Law, LLB (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University , Nottingham United Kingdom ; with passion and energy for best value delivery in several big-value initiatives in varied industries and sectors. Having worked with leading industry experts, top- management and executives to identify key business logistics, facilities management and security issues and develop profound solutions, he has over the years garnered critical skills that has created business value and is still transforming several clients.
This experience led to the creation of his firm. He remains actively involved, as the company grows into an Holding company in Africa & Europe with several subsidiaries across the globe. Harrison has championed several projects among which the prominent are; Construction of a Multi-billion naira underground metro transport service (Line 14), linking Paris to Orly airport and he is currently co-building underground automatic train from the North of Paris to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
Provision of Security to Hospitals, notable among them, the biggest hospital in Europe, Pitié-Salpêtrière, in Paris. Provision of Facilities services to global firms like Eiffage, Demathieu et Bard Construction, ZUB construction, Fayat Investment, Razel-Bec among others.
Executive Director
Rear Admiral Kolawole (rtd.) was enlisted into the Nigerian Armed Forces
Through the Nigerian Defence Academy as a Cadet of the 34th Regular Course in
July 1983.
He was commissioned into the Nigerian Navy as a Sub Lieutenant in
1987 He Specialized in Navigation and Direction and a Sub- Specialization as a Special
Warfare Officer. (Special Forces). He took part in various operations such as the
ECOMOG Operations in Liberia and Sierra Leone and Operation HARMONY in
in the Bakassi Peninsula Area. He was also United Nations (UN) Military Observer
in Liberia.
He commanded Naval Ships Such as NNS BRASS, NNS SIRI and the Naval Base at Lokoja. He also
commanded the Nigerian Naval Special Forces (SBS) as a Special Warfare Officer. He served as Deputy
Director Operations a Naval Headquarters (NHQ), Director of Training at Defence Headquarters
(DHQ) and Director of Policy at Naval Headquarters (NHQ).
He holds a Master's degree in National Security and War Studies from the National Defence University
Pakistan, a Masters in Maritime Transport Management from Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho
and a Certificate Course in Maritime Counter Terrorism and Security from the United States (US) Naval
Post Graduate School, Monterey California. He is a Certified Maritime Security Consultant with ISPS
Certification.

He has developed and maintain research and development programmes to ensure that the businesses remain at the forefront in the industry Having gained over twenty (20) years of relevant work experience across industries, among which include Oil and Gas, Marine Securities et al. Bankole has managed and participated in several projects both as a team lead and a team member; He is passionate about field activities, business surveys, idea generation, and ultimately helping clients improve on their business, service delivery and social management systems while achieving their business goals.
Business Development Executive
Stéphanie SEUX is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon where she bagged her Masters in Business Management and Administration and Project Management and Innovation. She is specialized with Business development services with over 10 years of work experience. She is the head of the Business Development Services unit of Heyplus Marine Limited.
Olabisi V. AKINOLA
is the current Administrator/Human Resources Manager
at Heyplus Marine Limited with few years of experience working alongside the
executive team of a Heyplus Marine Limited. Olabisi specializes in administrative
technology and is responsible for educating other employees on using progressive
systems and applications, including accounting software, mass communication
procedures and organizational apps. Olabisi is a powerful force in the workplace
and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy in coordinating office activities
and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company Policies.
Olabisi,
has worked in several organization prior to her engagement with her current
employer. Olabisi earned a Diploma in Human Resource from Allison Academy, Certification in Soft skill training
(Jobberman) and Business Development Training (Tony Elemelu Foundation), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and
Education from Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria
Bashiru Bello
Bashiru O, Bello has vast expertise in petroleum works for close over a decade and tax advisor for many global firms. During his working experience, he serviced many multinational organizations providing top notch assurance, systems documentation, controls mapping and review and business advisory services. In the Marine industrial he supply Provision of Marine equipment for swamp support (Tugs, Barges & House boats). He later joined in Provision of offshore container basket for Shell Nigeria exploration and production. In the Energy industry he also works in the Provision of supply base services at Onne & Warri Free Zone Port for Shell petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd. He is currently the Managing Director of Visat Energy. He is the Project Consultant/Business Development Executive at Heyplus Marine Limited. Bashiru O, Bello is a graduate of The Polytechnic Ibadan where he bagged Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finances. He proceeded to The University of Ibadan where he obtained his Masters in Personnel Psychology. He has attended various trainings in and outside Nigeria.
